PowerPoint can't insert Instagram posts, and a screenshot can't play a reel. Web Viewer 2.0 shows the live Instagram post on your slide, so you can play reels and videos during Slide Show.
Embed the post or reel
- On Instagram, open a public post or reel, then copy its link from the Share menu.
- Insert Web Viewer 2.0 on the slide, click www, paste the link, and click Load.
- Instagram doesn't allow its pages inside other apps, so Web Viewer offers a version of the post that can appear on the slide. Click Load to use it.
Instagram doesn't allow posts from private accounts to be embedded. Resize the viewer so the whole post fits the slide.

Do I need to download the Instagram video first?
No. Web Viewer plays it from Instagram, so keep an internet connection while presenting.
Can I show an Instagram profile?
Yes. Paste the profile's link and load it the same way.
