Every 1990 Quebec subscription comes with a 60-day full refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your payment in full. This applies to all plans across all products, including Personal, Organization, and Enterprise.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within 60 days of your first payment. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
For annual plans, the refund covers the full annual payment. For monthly plans, the refund covers the most recent monthly charge.
