A map image works for a fixed view. When you want to pan, zoom, or show a route during your talk, load an interactive map with Web Viewer 2.0.
Insert a Google Map
- In Google Maps, find the place, then copy the address from your browser's address bar.
- Insert Web Viewer 2.0 on the slide, click www, paste the link, and click Load.
- Google Maps doesn't allow its pages inside other apps, so Web Viewer offers an embeddable map. Click Load to use it.
You can also click Share > Embed a map in Google
Maps, copy the address inside src="...", and load that address directly.
Other interactive maps
- Weather: load a Windy map link to show live wind, rain, and temperature.
- ArcGIS: load a public ArcGIS web map link.
-
OpenStreetMap: click Share, choose
HTML, and load the address inside
src="...".
FAQ
