General FAQ

How do I install an Office add-in?

Open Word or PowerPoint, go to Insert > Get Add-ins (or Insert > Office Add-ins), and search for the add-in name. Click Add to install it. The add-in will appear in your ribbon.

Which platforms are supported?

Our add-ins are built as Office Web Add-ins and work on Windows, Mac, and Office on the web. Some features like PowerPoint presentation mode may behave differently depending on the platform.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your dashboard and go to Settings. If you have an active subscription, click Manage to open the Stripe customer portal where you can update your payment method, change plans, or cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The add-in isn't loading in my document. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the document, or clearing your browser cache if you're using Office on the web. Make sure the add-in is installed to your Microsoft account (check Insert > Get Add-ins > My Add-ins). If the issue persists, email us at product@1990quebec.com.
