What archive formats are supported?

Create ZIP, 7z, TAR, and TAR.GZ archives. Extract ZIP, 7z, RAR, ISO, TAR, and TAR.GZ archives. Password protection is available when creating and extracting ZIP and 7z archives.

How do I zip or unzip files in SharePoint?

Install Zip & Unzip for SharePoint, select files or folders in your SharePoint document library, and click Create ZIP. To extract an archive, select it and click Extract ZIP. Choose the format, password, and destination options, then start the operation.

Is there a free trial?

Do you upload files to third-party servers?

Is there a file size limit?

You can work with large ZIP files up to SharePoint's 250 GB per-file limit. Password-protected ZIPs and other archive formats support up to 2 GB. Larger files may take longer depending on your connection. If you need to work with larger archives, contact us and we'll help find a solution.

Why can't I open a password-protected 7z file on macOS?

The built-in Archive Utility on macOS does not support AES encryption for 7z files. Use Keka or The Unarchiver instead. Password-protected ZIP files work on macOS.

What's the refund policy?

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings. Click Manage to open the billing portal and cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you're within 60 days of purchase, you can also request a full refund.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your dashboard. When switching to annual, you'll start saving immediately.
