How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings. Click Manage to open the billing portal and cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you're within 60 days of purchase, you can also request a full refund.

What is included in every plan?

All plans include the countdown timer, stopwatch mode, all 12 color themes, sound alerts, timer sections, and multi-device sync. Higher tiers add team collaboration and dedicated support.

Does the timer work during a slideshow?

Yes. The timer runs in the PowerPoint taskpane, which stays visible during presentation mode. You can see and control the countdown while presenting your slides.

Can I use different settings for different presentations?

Yes. Theme, mode, sound preference, and timer sections are all saved per presentation. Your settings are automatically restored when you reopen the same file.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch between billing cycles at any time from your dashboard. When switching to annual, you'll start saving immediately.

What counts as an organization?

An organization is identified by your email domain. For example, everyone with an @acme.com address belongs to the same organization. If your team uses Microsoft 365, onmicrosoft.com domains (e.g. @acme.onmicrosoft.com) are included automatically — they count as the same organization as your custom domain.
