Do you upload files to third-party servers?

No. Your KML and KMZ files render in the browser and are never uploaded, so your map data stays in SharePoint. To draw the street or satellite background, your browser loads map tiles from a map provider. Those requests carry the map area you view, not your file's contents. Can I use Map Viewer with multiple SharePoint sites?

Yes. During setup, you decide whether Map Viewer should be available everywhere or only on selected SharePoint sites.

Can Map Viewer open large map files?

Map Viewer opens KML and KMZ files up to the Microsoft 365 file size limit of about 150 MB. If you need to open larger files, contact us and we'll help find a solution.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings. Click Manage to open the billing portal and cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you're within 60 days of purchase, you can also request a full refund.
