The date Timer for PowerPoint created your account
Your first and most recent usage dates and number of timer starts
Your trial or license status
Organization administrators can provide work email addresses to assign licenses. We store
those addresses with the license assignments.
What does Timer for PowerPoint store on your device or in your presentation?
Your device stores sign-in information, random identifiers, and cached timer state so
Timer for PowerPoint can restore your session and timer.
Timer for PowerPoint writes random timer identifiers into the PowerPoint presentation. The
identifiers connect each timer to its settings and synchronize linked timers. They do not
contain presentation content.
What timer data reaches your servers?
Google Cloud Firestore stores the following timer data with random timer and presentation
identifiers:
Mode, duration, theme, alert, automatic-start, and linked-timer settings
Section labels and their start and end times
Whether the timer is running, paused, or finished
Initial time, remaining time, and the scheduled end time for a running timer
For licensed presentations, Firestore stores the license holder’s work email with the
random presentation identifier so the presentation can retain license access.
What diagnostic and support data does Timer for PowerPoint collect?
When Timer for PowerPoint encounters an error, Sentry receives a diagnostic event so we can
investigate and fix the problem. The event includes:
The signed-in user’s work email address
The browser, operating system, app version, and Timer for PowerPoint page where the error
occurred
The error message and recent add-in events
Random timer or presentation identifiers when they relate to the error
A work email domain can identify the user’s organization. We also process the
information that users choose to send when they contact support.
Do you sell personal information or use it for marketing?
No. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to third parties for advertising or
marketing.
Which service providers store Timer for PowerPoint data, and where?
Google Cloud Firestore stores account, licensing, usage, timer settings, and runtime data
in United States data centers.
Sentry stores diagnostic events in United States data centers.

How do you protect Timer for PowerPoint data?
We send account, timer, and diagnostic data over encrypted HTTPS connections. Google Cloud
encrypts stored data. Firestore security rules prevent public access.
We limit access to our Google Cloud and Sentry projects to authorized personnel who need the
data to operate the product, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
How long do you keep Timer for PowerPoint data?
We retain account and usage records linked to your work email until you request deletion.
We retain timer settings and runtime state so Timer for PowerPoint can preserve and
synchronize timers.
We retain diagnostic events only as long as needed to investigate errors and maintain the
product.
We retain aggregated signup and usage totals that contain no email addresses or other
identifiers.
How can I access, correct, or delete my data?
Email product@1990quebec.com from the work email you use with Timer for PowerPoint. We will
verify the request and delete the records linked to your work email within 30 days.
