Welcome to CAD Viewer. Your privacy is important to us, and this page explains the information handled by the current bootstrap version of the add-in.
CAD Viewer may collect your email address, Office display language, host, and platform when you sign in through Microsoft Single Sign-On.
We use your email address to identify you as a user, support shared authentication, and record basic usage analytics. We use Office display language, host, and platform to understand which Office environments people use with CAD Viewer.
Email addresses collected through sign-in are stored in our Firebase database with basic usage metadata needed to operate the add-in.
When CAD Viewer receives your email address, it stores the address, any available Office display language, host, and platform, and associated usage information, such as the date your user record was created, your usage count, and your most recent usage date. We retain this information until you request its deletion.
To request deletion, email product@1990quebec.com from the email account associated with the product. We will verify the request and delete your identifiable user record within 30 days.
Aggregated signup and usage totals that do not contain email addresses or other identifiers may be retained as analytics.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We send the account and usage information described above to Google Cloud Firestore over encrypted HTTPS connections. Google Cloud encrypts customer data at rest.
Firestore Security Rules prevent public access to stored user information and limit writes to the operations required by the product. Access through our Google Cloud project is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the product, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document.
